The Soybean or Soya Bean which has numerous uses and widely known as a good source of protein was first cultured in in northeast Asia about four thousand years ago. More soybeans are grown in the United States than in any other country in the world. Products derived from soybean include soy milk, from which tofu and tofu skin are made, soy sauce, animal feeds, vegetable oil and other fermented and unfermented soy foods.

The cocoa beans also known as cacao beans and famously recognized as cacao powder when processed at low temperatures. The seed comes from the Theobroma cacao tree. The cacao powder contains a much higher number of enzymes, minerals, and nutrients which has a bitter taste compared to cocoa powder and the purest form of chocolate which also has high content of antioxidants. When the raw cacao bean is roasted at high temperatures it’s called as Cocoa powder a good source of iron, magnesium, zinc and manganese.
